TOURIST SITE AROUND BELGIUM'S LARGEST LAKES

1,800 ha for sport or recreational water activities.

Guided visit to the largest dam, amphibus (unique in Wallonia), water sports (jet ski, water ski, sailing, kayak, sail-board, diving…).  Mountain bikes, cuistax, driving circuit for children, subtropical swimming pool with slide …. Lovely walks on Ravel paths around the lakes or sign-posted rambles in the still unspoilt countryside. Restaurant, snacks. Holiday village. Open all the year.

The guided tour of the biggest dam in Belgium : a scenic route takes the public through the galleries of the dam, to the electricity power station and the viewpoints at the top of the tower with panoramic views (easy access by lift).

Mini Eau d'Heure is a miniature version of the attraction.

For a pleasant relaxing outing, this attraction welcomes you with its restaurant and cafeteria, playground, sandy beach and bathing area, trampolines, mini-golf, pedal boats, petanque (boules) and beach volleyball areas. Playing field.

The Visitor Centre of La Plate Taille : in January, February, March, October, November, December : from 10.00 to 17.00 - From April to end of September : from 10.00 to 18.00 (19.00 in July and August) - Please note, last tickets for the full tour of the dam are issued 1.30 hours before closing • The Recreation Centre "Le Relais de Falemprise" : from 3 April to 26 September.  Weekdays from 11.00 to 18.00 - Weekends and bank holidays from 11.00 to 19.00 (20.00 in July and August)
